Step 1:  Contact Us - The first step to achieving your landscape goals is to contact us. Please refer to the Contact Us section for information on reaching Franco Landscaping Inc.
Step 3 - Design
Illustration 1: After the initial consultation, Franco Landscaping develops a landscape design drawing that details every aspect of the project.
Step 2:  Consultation - After you have contacted us, a Franco Landscaping Inc. representative will be happy to provide you with a free consultation. The consultation usually involves a site visit to view, measure, and evaluate the scope of work. Our representative will listen to your wants and needs and then recommend a practical and economical solution based on your desires.
Step 3:  Design - (Please see illustration at left) Most landscape installation projects require design work. (Most of the other services we offer simply require a consultation; please see What We Do for a list of our services.) Franco Landscaping Inc. has a team of experienced designers who build professional computer drawings of your property. These drawings detail your property's permanent structures, proposed walls and/or walkways, and proposed placement of trees, shrubs and flowers.
Step 4:  Estimate -  After the consultation, Franco Landscaping Inc. will provide an estimate detailing costs and services. We offer contractual-type estimates that cover lawn and landscape maintenance services on an annual basis and we offer proposal-type estimates that cover a one-time landscape installation, purchase, or other special landscape service.
Step 7 - Completion of Work

Step 5:  Scheduling of Work - Following acceptance of the plan, Franco Landscaping will schedule your start date. Jobs are scheduled as they are accepted; therefore it is important to accept estimates and contracts as soon as possible so the work can be appropriately scheduled to accommodate your needs and desires. (Due to variable weather conditions and availability of plant materials, all scheduled dates are tentative.)
Step 3 - The Finished Product

Step 6:  Installation - We pay special attention to detail when we install our landscape projects. We believe in a simple job policy, "do the job right the first time."  
Step 7:  Completion of Work - (Please see illustration above) We at Franco Landscaping Inc. have built our reputation on providing all our clients with the highest possible quality of service. Our work is not finished until you are completely satisfied.
Step 8:  Billing - All efforts are made to provide accurate and detailed billing. Billing is done on a per job basis or per month basis, depending on the type of service contracted.
